Process

The helmet design and painting process usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, from start to finish. I try and fit as many helmets as possible in my schedule and may work on 2 or 3 different projects at the same time. Since custom helmet design and painting is very time consuming, especially the painting process, I work on a tight schedule. There are periods during the year which are more busy than others, particularly from December to March. And then there is vacations, because I do need some time off too...
